Bulent Yildirim was born in Avanos/ Nevsehir. He was graduated from Kayseri Business High School and Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences.

He worked as Account Expert in T.R. Ministry of Finance for 10 years. He took office as finance coordinator, general coordinator and general manager in the private sector following his career in the public sector. He actively managed processes such as restructuring of accounting and finance department of affiliates, formation and management of internal audit unit, developing and checking of board of directors’ reports, reports for foreign shareholders of the group.

He took a role in the project carried out for obtaining franchise from foreign brands and establishing partnerships abroad in connection with these brands. He managed accounting, finance and information processing operations within the scope of the projects aimed at creating retail stores network for franchisees.

He managed the process of restructuring the manufacturing and sale organization of a company operating in the manufacturing sector and he established organizations for carrying our manufacturing operations partly as contracted manufacturing in the local market and partly as manufacturing operations abroad.

He took a role in and coordinated the sale of many companies in industrial and retail sectors to new shareholders.

Bulent Yildirim is experienced in restructuring of companies with financial and administrative issues; he also gained experiences by acting as expert and trustee for Commercial Court in connection with the suspension of bankruptcy.

He has many professional articles published in magazines focusing on finance and tax matters. He conducts seminars about investment incentive legislation and provided consultancy and Certified Public Accountant Services in Organized Industrial Zones.
