She was born in 1968, she was graduated from Konya Ataturk Girl’s High School and Akdeniz University Vocational High School for Accounting.
She has been working as an Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor since 2000. In 2008-2010, she worked as Financial Affairs Manager of a brand that is a group of companies with foreign partners that operates in Belgium, Spain and United Kingdom and opened branches in Antalya for the purpose of investment.
She carried out and managed the processes for reorganization of accounting and finance department, and she prepared and checked board of directors’ reports. She is experienced in capital increase, share transfer, general assemblies, working permits, residence permits, service exports and VAT refunds of foreign investment companies and Turkish companies with foreign investors.
She took a role in acquisition and sale operations of companies, mergers and de-mergers, capital increase and decrease, liquidation procedures and development of accounting systems. She has special knowledge on tourism and agriculture operations as she provides services to companies in these fields and she still offers services as Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor in Antalya.
