MEHMET BECEREN
CPA, Independent Auditor, Managing Partner
Mehmet Beceren was born in 1966 in Bayramic district of Canakkale, he completed his primary and high school education in this district and became a member of The Civil Service Community upon his admission to the Faculty of Political Sciences.
Mr. Beceren started his career as an Accounting Expert in 1990 in the Ministry of Finance. He received state scholarship and did master’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois in Chicago, USA. Upon his return from the USA as a Chief Accounting Expert, he managed the tax inspection operations for the Aegean Region as Manager of Izmir Revenue Administration in the Ministry of Finance. Subsequently, he took office as Founding Manager of Denizli Tax Office.
Mr. Beceren has been appointed as Head of Izmir Provincial Treasury in 2005 and he worked in this position until 2013 when he stopped working for the State. He gained experiences and became an expert on tax auditing techniques, reconciliation, tax cases, anti-laundering inspections and procedures on lands owned by National Real Estate and Treasury. He has been appointed as trustee by courts in connection with cases concerning he treasury.
Since 2013, Mehmet Beceren has been working as Certified Public Accountant, Independent Auditor and Financial Advisor and as a coordinator for the solution of disputes between private sector and the State before Ministries.
