Managing Partner, Head of Audit

Mustafa Dagustu was born in Gaziantep in 1950 and he was graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences in 1973.

Mr. Dagustu took office as Deputy Inspector in General Directorate of State Supply Office in 1974-1975, as Accounting Expert and Head Expert in Accounting Experts Board of the Ministry of Finance in 1976-2002, and he served as Private Advisor of TRNC Ministry of Economy and Finance in 1982-1984 and Deputy Head Expert in Accounting Experts Board in 1990.

Mustafa Dagustu conducted studies and researched in United Kingdom in 1985 and 1991; he assumed the role of Auditor for Islamic Conference Organization in 1995.

Mr. Dagustu served as President for Finance and Accounting Experts Board in 1993 and 2000-2001, and he took office as a General Manager in the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of Liquidation Process and Circulating Capital (TASIS) in 2003-2008. He took office as Minister Advisor in the Ministry of Finance in 2008-2009 and he also served as Chairman of Turkish Patent Institute in the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2003-2011.

Mustafa Dagustu has been working as Certified Public Accountant in Kidem Yeminli Mali Musavirlik ve Denetim Ltd. Sti where he is also a partner since 2009, and he took office as Chairman in Olus Yayincilik A.S in 2009-2010, Member of Board of Directors in Finance and Accounting Experts Foundation in 2009-2010, Independent Member of Board of Directors in Hektas Ticaret T.A.S in 2011-2015 and Independent Member of Board of Directors in Oyak Yatirim Ortakligi in 2011-2015. In 2013, he served as Independent Auditor in RoyalCert Bagimsiz Denetim ve Danismanlik A.S where he is Founding Partner and Chairman, and he has been working as Head of the Auditing Group in RoyalCert Kurumsal Hizmetler ve Danismanlik A.S. Where he is a partner since 2014.
