Muzaffer KUCUK was born in Gulnar/Mersin, he was completed his high school education in Anamur High School and university education in Gazi University, FEAS, Business Administration Department. In addition, he studied English and carried out studies on finance in the USA for a period of 1 year.

He worked for “Ministry of Finance” for more than 20 years. He assumed additional roles as Committee Member, Board Member, Deputy Chairman in the public sector where he worked as Accounting Expert. In addition, he provided expert trainings on Tax Law, Accounting, Finance and Financial Statement Analysis in the Accounting Experts Board, Energy Market Regulatory Authority, Public Tenders Authority and Public Monitoring Authority.

Upon his resignation from his duty in the public sector in November 2012, Muzaffer KUCUK started providing financial advice, auditing, reporting, training and process management services to leading local and foreign Private Sector Enterprises in Turkey. Restructuring, internal accounting organization, financial structure and financial revision, management consultancy, transfers and mergers, risk management, auditing process and case management are some of the services provided to various private sector enterprises.

He gave conferences on “End of Period Procedures”, “Financial Statement Analysis” and “R&D Incentives” in various locations and on various dates. He has studies focused on “Crisis Management” and “Restructuring During Crisis Periods” in Enterprises. He has more than 200 academic articles on economics, law and financial matters that have been published in peer-reviewed journals. Some of them are:
