He was born in Kayseri and he was graduated from Kayseri Samiyangin Anatolian Business School and Erciyes University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

He worked as business consultant, advisor and foreign trade specialist in various sectors. Starting from 1990, he worked as an amateur in accounting and foreign trade departments of various private sector enterprises and starting from 2000, he established accounting and auditing systems consistent with the operational structure of companies through special services and reports prepared in connection with accounting and financial restructuring of companies, selection of corporate methods, establishment of cost frameworks consistent with activity-based accounting system and structuring corporate expenditures in ERP system, accounting, financial advice, auditing and approval services for companies in the verge corporate structuring, VAT-SCT refunds, tax consultancy and risk analysis and management training and information technologies, tax disputes, tax-judicial accounting practices, incorporation of companies. Liquidation, mergers and management styles inconsistent with the global management system, and analysed and reported financial data of sectorial companies in the aforementioned fields.

He provided organizational restructuring services on manufacturing and sales activities of industrial and manufacturing companies in addition to formation and management of ERP accounting systems. He provides tax consultancy services to companies and acts as an expert and consultant in the connection with tax cases.

He developed frameworks in accordance with the solutions recommended in collaboration with Partner Offices, Risk and Finance Departments in order to solve problems and eliminate weaknesses in connection with reorganization of the companies and apply solutions based on critical controls, operational assistance and solid decisions. He provided auditing services about reorganization and articles of association of companies within the framework of Turkish Commercial Code, and at present he serves as an expert for Commercial Court, makes weekly TV programs on business administration, tax and finance in Private Media and Television corporations (TV Kayseri- Elif TV) and writes weekly articles for local newspapers. His articles on business administration, finance and tax are published in magazines and newspapers.
